FotoMagico slideshow documents are compatible across platforms. This means that you can transfer a slideshow that was created and authored on a Mac to an iPad and continue to edit and play it there. You can also start a slideshow on the iPad, transfer the file to a Mac, and continue to edit and play it there.
Use your iCloud Drive to transfer the slideshow files between your iPad and your Mac. When transferring your slideshow files between iPad and Mac bear the following in mind:
- Slideshows authored with FotoMagico 5 for Mac can be used on FotoMagico 6 for iPad
- Slideshows that were created with FotoMagico for iPad, can be opened with FotoMagico 5 for Mac. Depending on the feature that were used in this slideshow (e.g. new effects), FotoMagico may not be able to play the slideshow correctly and fidelity may be lost. A warning will be displayed. In this case refrain from making changes to the slideshow and saving it!
